Know as FRDS, (or Freds), Frenetic Random Displacement Syndrome is a temporary condition brought on by teleportation. Its occurrence is rare, but its effects can be quite disorienting and even dangerous.
History
The first recorded case of FRDS happened shortly after The Cataclysm[/history]. At the time, there were individuals who still remembered the Urnati civilization, and one used a teleportation potion to travel across the continent to see what other damage had occurred.
They came back, shell-shocked that it appeared that nothing was left unscathed. He was feeling ill shortly after, and many felt it was due to the horror he had witnessed. Others thought it was because of the distance he had travelled.
Then, he suddenly disappeared. The next time they saw him was 90 minutes later when he appeared in the washroom of a woman’s house. He appeared confused and sick to his stomach. Before he could figure out where he was, he was off again. He finally returned to his town after three months. He had been teleported to the other side of the Rinzeremel Mountains and it had taken him all that time to return.

Treatment
The only real treatment is time. It eventually wears off, if the individual has survived, and they should be cautioned to never teleport again. Once someone has suffered from FRDS, they are more likely to suffer from it again.
