Yesterday the Questionnaire finished with an awesome 22 Responses! That means I am now moving onto my next task, which is making a story outline to guide my writing. First up is gathering the answers to the quizz and figuring out exactly how I can implement each suggestion. One thing I have come to realise is that the best way to implement so many ideas is to combine them into a handful of ideas on the story's side, for example I can interweave the action elements into the adventure.

However I do need to ensure more heavily desired story elements still get more spotlight. Using both adventure and action as examples again, I know that adventure was suggested far more often than action, and should get a greater spotlight. Although the two will intertwine adventure needs to be the more prevelant focus, and given it was the most suggested feature it should be interwoven with most other elements of the story.

One thing that should prove easy enough is intertwining the most popular answers of the first two questions together. Adventure dominated the first questions answers, and Beautiful locations dominated the second. This should be no trouble to reconcile for obvious reasons. Even more fortuitously the selected plot will easily facilitate this as it takes place in a particularly wild and scenic location of the world.

However I am sure what you are most interested in is the plot. The Story that ultimately won the story poll, with a whopping 40.9%, is the story of a Tierdunite trader, alongside an Aerustan diplomat who leave to the latters reclusive kingdom to negotiate a revolutionary trade deal. However they are stranded when their ship is dashed in a storm. They must fight the elements, outlaws and a rising demonic threat as they make their way back to civilisation.

I have already begun work on the story outline, and have begun work on the first four characters of the story, and will hopefully create a 'meet the characters' style of article soon. It may be a few days before my next update as I am busy developing the story, however when I next post the story should be better developed.
