44S/58W - Evening
Dear Diary... I meant to make an entry yesterday but completely forgot. I was having a lot of fun hanging out with Wren all day, so I didn't really think of putting aside some time to - I guess - talk to myself.
I showed her how to play cards, the game that Colt showed me. We played many rounds, but Wren kept beating me somehow. It's weird, I was thinking that we'd be about even since we both just learned the game. Maybe it has something to do with her being an SPG? When I pointed it out, Wren herself just said that she thinks that Colt let me win. I could probably ask him if he really did that... But I think I don't actually want to know.
In any case, today was much less fun. I wanted to play with Wren again, but she... didn't want to. When I got up and finished with breakfast, I went looking for her and found her in the library. She was sitting together with a Matchmaker. They were... reading. Ugh. I asked Wren if she wouldn't rather play something, but she said she needs to study how to be a good leader.
And she also said that I should study too. How to be a good... subordinate? That's what she said. That I should learn about the different kinds of tanks and machines. And strategies. And whatnot. Because that will make it easier to fight. I mean, she has a point, but... I don't want to study, I want to play!
