I had given up, this time there was no revenge to be had. This was the last time someone would die because of me. I guess it was fate telling me to retire, I had enough money to last me for at least 300 years, although I still don't know how long I will live. I decided to return to my life as a drunk. Tavern to tavern, the man without a name, never revealing his face or body, always cloak and hood on. Many were suspicious of me, but nobody dared to approach the dark and brooding man in the corner of a tavern. I had truly given up, there was nothing left, I got into many gang circles and spent my days huffing drugs and drinking alcohol, but I had no ambitions left. I watched the years pass me by, 100 years, 200 years, and eventually it had turned 739 AGS. The start of the year was different from all the other years somehow, I felt it in my bones, and I was right. A man approached me one day and said my name, that was something I had not heard in over 200 years. He had a letter that was found at the camp, and it was delivered through a network of people previously loyal to the king, who now found themselves feeling guilty and well one thing led to another and now I got a letter found at the campsite. It was extremely short, only saying “You knew too much” and signed by T.H. Somehow this person was responsible for everything that happened to my mates and Pargrak that day, and finally I have some sort of lead. After following that one for a bit I have found myself In a small tavern, there I met a Nekojin looking just about as fucked up as me, except I guess her gene pool was superiour as there was some kind of underlying beauty, but covered in a grimy fighter, I like that. And I have a hunch that this Nekojin will take me far, heck maybe she will be the key to my success. I finally have hope again, no more drugs, some alcohol on the side. THE HUNT IS ON.
