"I am Orcus," said a voice like thunder. "And I have come to claim you."

The Cult of Orcus:

The Cult of Orcus is a fanatical group of people who worship the cruel master Orcus. Orcus is a demon lord of the undead and the fifth layer of the Abyss, known as the Field of the Dead. He is a powerful and cruel demon who is feared by many, and his acolytes follow suit on the Material Plane.

While Orcus enjoys the suffering of the living, he enjoys the servitude of the dead far more, and he ultimately hopes to replace all living things with undead slaves with him as their only master. Lowly cultists of Orcus are transformed into low undead, while more exalted servants are permitted to retain their lives long enough to spread death. Orcus wields a massive rod made from a severed spine of a defeated foe, known as the Wand of Orcus

Orcus grants his rank-and-file cultists the Undying Soul trait, and his cult leaders can gain the Aura of Death trait.

"And naught will be left save shattered thrones with no rulers. But the dead dragons shall rule the world entire"
The Cult of the Dragon:

The Cult of the Dragon has almost always been looked at as a lowly threat, a group of splinter-cell fanatics unrecognized by the greater Cult of Tiamat . However, their charismatic leader Sammaster has recently reappeared after hundreds of years being assumed slain by a group of heroes across the realm.

The Cult of the Dragon seeks to expand their influence across Faerun by converting as many Chromatic Dragons into Drocliches as they possibly can. They believe that in order to bring about their leader's prophecy they must ensure that Dracoliches rule the world.

With their last breaths, dying cultists curse their foes and exclaim, “The dragons rise! You cannot stop us!”

The Cult of Tiamat:

The Cult of Tiamat seek to bring their Dark Queen back into the Prime Material Realm. They seem to have influence all along the Sword Coast and beyond, and have been suspected of using the Eastern Winds Trading Company to move supplies for them in secret across the Region. They have been observed from all the way north outside of Ten Towns, down as far as Baldur's Gate (The HQ of the Heroes Guild ) and reports have begun flooding in of disappearances in the south. The people of Baldur's Gate's outlying communities have begun to vanish in the night, leaving entire hamlets and small towns empty.

"We are all beasts, and only delusion prevents you from seeing the truth."
The Cult of Baphomet:

Baphomet had a multitude of minotaur, ogre, and giant followers and minions. He was also served by ghour demons, a race of demons resembling burly, hairless minotaurs that commanded troops of these mortal minions. He sought to use them to further his schemes, notably to gain the upper hand in his battles against Yeenoghu. A multitude of other twisted creatures revered Baphomet as well, some becoming his thralls, and if they pleased their bestial patron, they would be granted rulership of a portion of the Endless Maze. Those who displeased Baphomet were eaten.

Baphomet grants spells as a lesser deity and had as his symbol a twisted circular maze awash in blood.

Baphomet grants his cultists special abilities. All his devotees gain the Labyrinthine Recall trait below. He grants his rank-and-file followers the Unerring Tracker trait, and cult leaders gain the Incite the Hunters trait.

Labyrinthine Recall. This creature can perfectly recall any path it has traveled.

Unerring Tracker. As a bonus action, this creature magically creates a psychic link with one creature it can see. For the next hour, as a bonus action this creature learns the current distance and direction to the target if it is on the same plane of existence. The link ends if this creature is incapacitated or if it uses this ability on a different target.

Incite the Hunters (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). As an action, this creature allows each ally within 30 feet of it that has the Unerring Tracker trait to make one weapon attack as a reaction against the target of that ally’s Unerring Tracker.
